Poor Katherine Heigl is exhausted. It looks like she can't get out of bed! The wild success of Knocked Up must be wearing her out. Just kidding--this is just a hot photo of the star and we love it. Although we also love the film version of Katherine, with a more "natural" body instead of the glamour-thin Katherine pictured here. Doesn't matter, she's lovely either way.

The feel-good romantic comedy is the surprise hit of the summer, raking in millions in ticket sales.

Interesting facts about Knocked Up:

--Katherine Heigl was not the first choice for the role--Anne Hathaway, of The Devil Wears Prada and Brokeback Mountain fame, was originally cast in the role, but she dropped out due to "creative differences."

--Much of the dialogue was improvised by the actors; the director advised them to stick to the script only if they couldn't think of "anything funnier" to say. So credit the actors for the laughs.

Beautiful Men Part III

Who is Zac Ephron? What is this show High School Musical we keep hearing about?? No matter, Zac is a big star in someone's world, and now he's certainly capturing our attention with that bod.

Zac does have a supporting role in the movie musical Hairspray--which comes out at the end of the summer, and we are so excited to see it. Advance reviews are stellar. Could it be the next Dreamgirls? Let's hope so!

Rosie has quit The View. Rosie says she probably won't ever speak to Elizabeth again.

She seems to be taking herself pretty seriously with this whole thing.

But in Rosie's defense: was Elizabeth really saying she thought Rosie called the US troops terrorists? Or was Elizabeth really just asking Rosie to clarify what she meant...because Elizabeth is too unintelligent to have understood it the first time?

Let's be honest...anyone who watches The View even occasionally has heard Rosie O'Donnell express her support for the US military. Elizabeth certainly understood that as well. So by asking the question, she was obviously asking Rosie to clarify the statement because she just didn't get it.

And after 8 months of getting beat up by the conservative media, Rosie was finished with being their punching bag. So she took out her aggression on Elizabeth. And Elizabeth was finished with being Rosie's punching bag. So she fought back. And...the rest is TV history.

But by quitting...Rosie really is the loser here. If her feelings were so hurt, she shouldn't have picked the fight with Elizabeth in the first place. As they say..."Never argue with someone less intelligent than yourself." Too bad Rosie spent 8 months doing just that.

Lindsay Lohan's wrecked carWritten by Dan Renzi

Compared to all the other times Lindsay has wrecked her car, this one really isn't that bad.

Although this isn't her first...is Linsday going to join Paris in the slammer? God help the other inmates if those two are put together.

UPDATE: Authorities have reportedly found cocaine in her car as well--and may charge her with a felony, according to statements during a BHPD press conference. Wait, the BHPD has a press conference? About Lindsay Lohan?? Poor Lindsay, everyone wants an excuse to use her for their chance in the limelight.

But when she left the accident, why didn't she bring her coke with her? That was dumb. She really may go to jail after all! Dang.

Lindsay Lohan driving drunk...againWritten by Dan Renzi

Lindsay Lohan was cited for "driving under the influence" of alcohol this morning, according to the Beverly Hills Sheriff's Department.

The BHSD received a call around 5:30 am about a driver losing control of her car--a very nice Mercedes SL 65 AMG--at the corner of Sunset Blvd. and Foothill Dr., driving off the road (no one else was hit). The witness recognized the driver as Lindsay Lohan. We're going to start hanging out on the corner of Sunset and Foothill, apparently that's where all the good car wrecks are happening these days.

Lindsay and her two passengers left the scene of the accident and went to a local hospital to be treated for minor injuries. Because of the need for Lindsay to receive medical attention, she was never taken into police custody, according the Sgt. Foxen.

An officer's investigation revealed that Lindsay was intoxicated at the time of the accident and Lohan's car was towed around 6:30 am this morning. She will be have to appear in court to face DUI charges in the near future but not date has been set.

A photographer saw Lindsay leaving the party in the Hollywood Hills this morning around 5 am and described her as looking "completely wasted."

Angelina Jolie in Cannes!Written by Dan Renzi

Angelina Jolie at the Cannes Film Festival for the premiere of A Mighty Heart. The film tells the story of journalist Daniel Pearl's kidnapping in Pakistan, centering on his wife Mariane's desperate search for him. Daniel was eventually killed--by decapitation--and the video of his death was broadcast worldwide on Arabic television.

A Mighty Heart will be released at select theaters on June 22, and is expected to be a hit on the art-house circuit. Interesting fact: Brad Pitt, Angelina's husband, is a co-producer of the film--meaning, Brad put up the money for it. They presumably have a pre-nup and separate bank accounts, so they don't share money--and this means he's paying Angelina's salary. So confusing!

Donald Trump breaks up with NBC, throws hissy fitWritten by Dan Renzi

Speaking of Rosie O'Donnell yet again--surely she's secretly happy to hear the news that NBC has not included the Donald Trump extravaganza The Apprentice on its upcoming schedule. The Apprentice's ratings have been sagging over the past few seasons, despite efforts to shake up the format and make it a little more hip (adding Donald's hot daughter Ivanka, moving the show to Los Angeles, etc.). Alas, it didn't work.

Although it should be noted the show wasn't formally cancelled at that point, it was just "left off" for the moment...but Trump himself issued a statement saying he was "moving on from ‘The Apprentice’ to a major new TV venture," even though he didn't say what that was. And that most likely means he's got nothing in the works, everyone in Hollywood says they have something in development but they can't specify what it was "at this time." Blah, blah, blah.

Speaking of Rosie-O: Apparently she's been campaigning for the host spot on The Price Is Right, but CBS executives aren't taking her bait.

In a full page ad in the March 17 issue of Variety, O'Donnell congratulated Barker on his 50-year hosting career and made a point of reminding him and everyone else that she loves The Price is Right and even has a life-size Plinko board at home. "See, I want The Price is Right, but no one has offered me The Price is Right," the View host said last December. "They apparently don't want me, which is sort of sad because I have visions for The Price is Right."

Although one must wonder how long it would be before Rosie snapped on the contestants and started screaming at them. She's a bit too volatile for that show. Perhaps The Ultimate Fighting Championship is looking for a new host?

Rosie O'DonnellWritten by Dan Renzi

If it wasn't (weren't?) for Rosie O'Donnell, I would have no idea that 655,000 Iraqis have died since the beginning of the present war. What she didn't say is the fact that many, perhaps most, of them died in fighting with each other. But no matter, that's a lot of people. And she stresses the fact that those people are just as important as the US citizens who have died while fighting.

Because she said something about it, I looked it up. And there it was, in the Washington Post. About this, she's not crazy. And now I know something new.

Granted, she is generally crazy. She occasionally doesn't make sense, even if you want to agree with her. But at least she's blurting these things out, and allowing people like me to make up their own minds, as we sit in front of our TVs eating cereal. There is a difference between teaching people, versus telling people what to think. The news tells you what to think. Very few people let you make up your own mind anymore.

In the wake of her announcement that she's departing the show, Rosie has become an entirely delightful, good-natured, charming talk show host, and it's too bad she wasn't always this way. She still talks politics, taking shots at whoever is in her radar that day, and knocking the feet out from under poor Elizabeth Hasselbeck over and over. Poor Elizabeth just doesn't have the brains to express her contrary opinions, God bless her. Whatever, who cares if you agree with Rosie or not? To insist you agree with what she (or anyone) is saying gives both her opinion AND your own opinion far too much credibility.

Perhaps the decision to leave really was her own, and she's just tired. Now with the end in sight, she can breathe easier, and just coast through until the end. I'll be sad to see her go.

LABEL TO KELLY CLARKSON: TRY, TRY AGAIN

Apparently Kelly Clarkson's new album isn't coming together as well as her previous two--sources say after she finished recording her third album, her label scrapped the entire thing and told her to start over. Ouch!

This news comes on the heels of Kelly's utterly-mediocre performance on the American Idol Gives Back special, where she sang "Up To The Mountain" with all the energy of a lounge singer in a Holiday Inn. Was she just beaten down from all the work? She's been working non-stop ever since she won the first season of Idol, trying hard to form her own identity apart from the show by touring and releasing hit singles. Is she burning out?

Fantastic Four:Rise of the Silver Surfer

We haven't even seen Spiderman 3 yet and we're already over it. The big comic book movie for the summer is Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer, due out June 15. Watch the fantastic four trailer if for no other reason than to stare at the glory that is Chris Evans.

PS: The Invisible Woman was always illustrated as a blonde, but we're thrilled to see Jessica Alba's gone back to her brunette locks. Granted, this is probably not the shade of brown she was born with, but it's still sexier than that bleached straw she had for the past few years.

Spiderman 3 is currently taking the world by storm.

The film debuts in the US on May 4.

Let's all take a moment to bask in the glory of James Franco.

James says, My God I am so beautiful.

Spiderman 3 is already getting ripped in reviews, it's obviously going to suck--which is why they released it in Japan first, to generate heat for the US release. And of course everyone here will go see it anyway.

Speaking of bad movies: this photo is a clip from the otherwise-forgettable Whatever it Takes.

It's worth watching, even if just for this one moment.

People's Most Beautiful PeopleWritten by Dan Renzi

People Magazine has released it's annual "Most Beautiful People" list--except they've doubled the list from their usual 50, to a whopping 100. Apparently the world became so beautiful, they had to make the list bigger to fit everyone in. The cover boasts Drew Barrymore, who is also the newest Cover Girl cosmetics spokesperson. Drew is having quite a beautiful year. Also on the list is Scarlett Johansson, who was named the Sexiest Woman Alive by Esquire.

The rest of the list includes the typical standards who appear every year--Leonardo DiCaprio, Jennifer Anniston, etc. And then there's Nicole Kidman, Angelina Jolie, Christina Aguilera, Oprah Winfrey, and Tyra Banks, who needs to stop wearing so much makeup all the time. Seriously, she looks like RuPaul these days.

This year we're excited to see some less-familiar faces grace the pages, like surfing guru Laird Hamilton, and boxer/Dancing With The Stars contestant Laila Ali. And then there's everyone's favorite 60-something sexpot, Helen Mirren--after her stunning appearance at the Oscars, she was a sure thing.

Jennifer Lopez In Court!Written by Dan Renzi

...no, it's not what you think: Jennifer Lopez has just been tapped for jury duty, one of the many joys of being an American. Will she get picked for a case? We'd love to commit a crime just to see her on the jury, sitting in judgement of us.

Recent jury duty celebs include Oprah Winfrey, who was picked for a jury--she even appointed the Foreman--for a murder trial. (And they handed over a guilty verdict!)

Deadliest Catch: Season 2!Written by Dan Renzi

Perhaps it's because I'm a Cancerian myself--we Crabs do stick together. But I can't WAIT for the new season of Deadliest Catch, starting April 3, on The Discovery Channel.

I am all set to sit in my living room in my rubber rain jacket and galoshes, and yank the series of ropes attached to pulleys while screaming "SECURE THE POTS!" and throwing myself around the room. Or maybe I'll just sit in my jammies and eat ice cream and imagine the cold sensation is from kissing Edgar's lips after he's been out in the cold. I can smell him now, all sea water and fishiness and "out-at-sea-for-a-month" stink.

I have written about my love for Deadliest Catch before. It's the sexiest show on TV. Those modern-day Vikings, throwing themselves around the boat...love it.

Are they too aware of their own TV-ness to give a good second season? These downfalls have happened before. We'll see.
